Lemon Calpis

Our rendition of your favorite Japanese Calpis Drink.
Zesty and seriously addictive.
A drink great for before or during meals! 

Method:
Preparation procedures good for a 500ml Glass

Items Required

  • Blender
  • 80ml of Lemon Puree
  • 20ml of Yoghurt Nectar
  • 500ml cupful of ice
  • 40ml of water
  • 30ml of any full cream milk (optional)

Steps and Procedures

  1. Place all the required ingredients into blender
  2. Blend at a slow speed until smooth
  3. Texture should look buttery
  4. Place a scoopful of Organic Mini White Pearls at the base of glass (optional)
  5. Pour contents into glass
  6. Serve!

*Use Puree if you want a more puply texture
No blender? No worries! Use a Shaker instead and follow the same recipe! Just ensure that it is shaken thoroughly though!
