Method:
Preparation procedures good for a 500ml Glass

Items Required

• 40ml of Lychee Nectar
• 5 slices of Red Tea Jelly
• 3 – 4 Fresh or Canned Lychees
• Crushed Ice
• Water
• 1 Fresh Lime (optional)

Steps and Procedures

1. Place the Red Tea Jelly Slices at the base of glass
2. Add the Lychee Nectar
3. Fill glass up with Crushed Ice and Water
4. Add the Lychees
5. Garnish with a squeeze of Lime to enhance the flavor of the beverage
6. Serve!
