Mango Pomelo Sago Dessert
This traditional dessert originated from Hong Kong. An amalgamation of the sweetest mangoes paired with zesty citrusy pomelo pulp bits and lots of milk.

Preparation procedures good for a single serving
- Ice Shaver Machine
- 150ml of Mango Puree*
- 80ml of any full cream Milk
- 3 Tablespoons of Pomelo Bits
- 1 Tablespoon of Crunchers (IQ Ball)
- 3 Tablespoons of Sago
- 50ml of Water
Steps and Procedures
- Place, the mango, milk and water into a 500ml dessert bowl
- Give it a thorough stir
- Place Shaved Ice atop the mixture
- Garnish with Pomelo Bits, Crunchers (IQ Ball) and Sago
No blender? No worries!
